Adip Sukhija
Founder & Lawyer
Adip Sukhija is the founder of Aurum Legal Professional Corporation. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and real estate law, where he represents individuals and businesses through disputes, transactions, and the legal matters that arise along the way.
In civil litigation, Adip works closely with clients to understand what’s at stake, explain their options in plain language, and pursue practical, effective resolutions — whether through negotiation or, when necessary, in court. In real estate, he provides the legal support needed for smooth, secure transactions, helping clients avoid the pitfalls that can derail a closing.
Adip founded Aurum Legal Professional Corporation with the goal of giving clients direct access to experienced counsel and clear, honest guidance from start to finish.
Nikkita Sethi
Founder & Criminal Defence Lawyer
Nikkita Sethi is the founder of Nikkita Sethi Law Professional Corporation. Since launching her practice in 2020, she has focused her career on criminal law, representing clients at every stage of the criminal justice process — from initial charges through to trial.
Nikkita believes that everyone deserves strong, knowledgeable representation, regardless of the situation they’re facing. She takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, explains the options clearly, and builds a defence strategy tailored to their case. Her clients can count on her to be a steady, dedicated advocate during one of the most stressful times in their lives.
Nattasha Sethi
Manager, Legal Administration
Nattasha Sethi oversees the administration of real estate files at Aurum Legal LLP, managing each transaction from inception to completion. She works closely with clients, lenders, and other parties to gather and verify the information necessary to keep files progressing efficiently and ensure that every detail is addressed.
Nattasha holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Master of Laws (LLM), providing her with a strong legal foundation and comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions. She is experienced in reviewing Agreements of Purchase and Sale and identifying key terms and provisions that impact real estate closings.
With a strong attention to detail, Nattasha ensures that all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable requirements, helping transactions proceed smoothly toward a successful closing. Her organization, professionalism, and clear communication provide clients and lenders with confidence that their real estate matters are in capable hands.
